“Every modern woman shops everywhere for beauty, but for me it’s mostly the airport or the drugstore.”
-Julianne Moore
Happy July! I can’t believe summer is almost over D: Lately, I have been falling in love with makeup, skincare, and fashion all over again, so I wanted to share some of my favorite drugstore products that I thought you may like as well.
Unlike Julianne Moore, I still love going to ULTA and Sephora even if my budget is like, “seriously, Callie, not today,” but here are my must-haves when it comes to drugstore product shopping!
Ogx

Ogx is one of my favorite drugstore hair care brands. They also make one of my favorite dry shampoos – Biotin & Collagen. It adds volume to my hair, which isn’t an easy task with how long my hair is (long haired beauty queens rejoice!).
This dry shampoo makes your hair feel thicker, so if you have thinner hair and are trying to add some oomph to it, this is just what the doctor ordered. It also comes in a shampoo and conditioner, which is also a part of my collection π
Extreme Length Mascara

The Extreme Length Mascara has quickly become a favorite in my mascara routine. This mascara is supposed to help strengthen and lengthen your lashes every time you use it.
I started using the Extreme Length Mascara as my base coat (or primer) for my lashes and all I can say is, “woah!” First off, I like to wear A LOT of mascara (<3)… Since I started using the Extreme Length Mascara, my lashes have not come close to drying out so you know this match was destiny in the making!
I just bought the thickening mascara from Almay, so you know a future post on that is coming in the near future! π
Skip to the Gym – Almay

I usually want to skip the gym and watch The Office. However, this Almay product has me hooked and I am loving it. Skip to the Gym Lipstick is gorgeous over a nude lipstick or even alone as it is very light and gives off such a delicate shimmer.
I’m already planning on breaking the bank to get the other shades available (sorry, hubby!), because this lipstick is like that one of a kind Lilly Pulitzer piece for your lips!
Vitamin C & Collagen Hydrating Face Mask – By Nature From New Zealand

This hydrating face mask is long in the name but is a sheet mask game changer. The Vitamin C & Collagen Hydrating Face Mask has been one of my favorite masks the past couple of months.
I love to chill it in the fridge and apply it after I washing my face. The result is my face looking brighter, hydrated, and younger (is that possible??) For $2.50, this is a steal, ladies and gents!
Pick this up your next trip to Walmart, chill it in the fridge, and tell the world and its problems that it is just going to have to wait until tomorrow because you are putting on your heavenly face for the night.
Milani Conceal + Perfect Foundation

The Milani Conceal and Perfect foundation is one of my absolute favorites. It ‘s full coverage, but it also feels like it’s build-able. And I don’t feel like I get as much flashback in photos – you know, feeling like my face is washed out and ghostly, well not today Satan!
All of the products are linked through Amazon – yes, these are affiliate links that help support me for future posts like this one so please click them if this article brought any value to you or if you want to short cut it to Amazon and use your Prime membership π
However, for my gals that want these products today, you can find everything at your local Walmart, Ulta, Target and most drug stores!
Now, tell me: What are some of your favorite drugstore products? What are some drug store products you don’t live without? I’m always looking for new products to try!
Have a lovely day π
