Cheerfully Bliss

I always love the 20 questions that vloggers/bloggers post. They are such a great way to get to know each other better, and it’s fun to find others who have similar interests or stories compared to me. So in the spirit of getting out of my comfort zone, I wanted to participate 🙂

#1 What is your favorite book?

I love to read especially old books. My favorite is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, but I also love Girl, Stop Apologizing by Rachel Hollis and we can’t forget the Bible.

#2 What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

This is a tie between Mint Chocolate Chip, Orange or Lime Sherbert, and Ben and Jerry’s Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Ice cream in general makes me happy these flavors just make me a little extra happy LOL.

#3 What are your top 5 favorite movies?

This one was really hard, but I think I narrowed it down! And this is excluding Disney movies, because that’s a whole other story lol.

#4 What is the most beautiful place you have traveled to?

I honestly really haven’t gotten to travel very much. But the Biltmore Estate in Asheville North Carolina was beautiful; and it’s also where my husband and I spent our minimoon, so it will always be a special place to me. It was amazing to walk around and see the mountains, I definitely recommend going if you haven’t especially around Christmas 🙂 Plus if you love giant houses it’s definitely #housegoals lol.

#5 If you could ask your pet 3 questions what would they be?

1. What was your life like before you were in the shelter?
2. Are you happy and do you feel safe here?
3. Why don’t you like having your picture taken?

#6 When you’re having a bad day what do you do to make yourself feel better?

I go shopping! Unless I’m anxious and then I hibernate lol: I put my pjs on, crawl under my favorite blanket, snuggle with my puppy, say a prayer and either take a nap, online shop, or eat ice cream and watch something stupid on tv. It literally depends on what is going on lol.

#7 Do you enjoy dancing?

I love to dance… but only when no one is watching. I can’t dance if I’m in public, and it doesn’t help that I’m not very coordinated; so long story short it just looks like my husband is slinging me around the room 😂

#8 What is your favorite day of the week?

Definitely Saturday 🙂

#9 Who would play you in a movie about your life?

Jennifer Aniston, I relate to her a lot…. oooh or Reese Witherspoon!

#10 If you could shop for free at one store, which would it be?

For a self proclaimed shopaholic this is hard lol! I think Target though haha 🙂

#11 What did you want to be growing up?

I wanted to be an actress. I used to memorize movies and recite scenes in my mirror to practice for future auditions. And I also wanted to be a motivational speaker so that I could help people. Either way my plan was to take off for L.A. when I turned 18, but we all know that didn’t happen… and now I’m married with a doggy 😂

#16 What is your favorite thing to have for breakfast?

My husband makes really delicious omelets and knows how to cook my bacon perfectly. He also used to make that for me when I would visit him in college. I would drive up that morning and he would have breakfast waiting for me 🙂 #hesakeeper

#17 What is your favorite season?

Honestly it’s summer, I’m from the south so I can feel everyone that lives here shaking their heads at me right now 😂 But I love going to the beach as much as possible and enjoy being outside; as well as the bright colors. Plus I’m always cold so summer kind of evens things out for me lol.

#18 Can you whistle?

Unfortunately no… nor can I wink lol. However, I do like to awkwardly blink at my husband till he’s uncomfortable as my way of flirting #helovesme

#19 What language besides your native language would you like to be fluent in?

Chinese because I studied it in high school, and I used to be able to speak that language fairly well. Also, Spanish, because that’s what I’m currently studying.

#20 What is your favorite and least favorite thing about marriage?

My favorite is supporting each other in our dreams, having someone to always laugh with, and to know that no matter what we have each other.

My least favorite part is having to share a bathroom at the moment, and he would honestly say the same thing 😂 I don’t understand why anyone thought one bathroom was enough for smaller homes and apartments. #firstworldproblems
